Welcome to Wiona. By downloading, installing, or using the Wiona mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wiona is a personal wine memory journal that allows users to capture labels, record memories, and use AI-powered features to understand their wine preferences ("Wine DNA"). The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Alcohol Consumption Responsibility

Wiona is intended for use by individuals of legal drinking age. We do not encourage excessive or irresponsible alcohol consumption. Please drink responsibly and in moderation. Never drink and drive. Information provided by the Service is for entertainment and educational purposes only.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Wiona, including wine photos, notes, and ratings. By using the Service, you grant Wiona a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and process your content solely for the purpose of provide and improving the Service (e.g., training AI models for your personal Wine DNA).

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Wiona require a paid subscription ("Wiona Pro"). Payments are processed via the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Lifetime access offers are subject to the continued availability of the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Service.
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
  • Misrepresent your age or identity.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wiona is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiona and its creator (Axel Portalupi) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in France.
